This is ensured by subjecting each paper to a strict assessment procedure by international editorial board. This journal publishes original articles reporting fields and advances in theory, methodology, applications, general surveys, reviews, and etc.

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Publication Fees
The IJIEOR is now an open-access electronic journal, as per the decision of its editorial board. Readers will no longer have to pay subscription fees, and authors will be charged for article processing and publication fees for the reviewing and publishing costs.
This journal has little APC (Article processing charge) for review and publishes papers.
